It does not snow in Three Rivers, but if you're visiting during the winter months, tire chains may be required within Sequoia National Park as you gain elevation. Be sure to check park road conditions before you travel!

How is the Cell Service in Three Rivers?
Cell service in Three Rivers is limited. AT&T is the only provider with reliable coverage in the area. Once you arrive, we recommend connecting to our Wi-Fi for the best experience during your stay.

All of our units are self check-in. You’ll receive a personal door code that becomes active at your check-in time. There is no need to meet anyone in person.
Is There an Office Where I Can Book in Person?
We do not have an on-site office for in-person bookings. All reservations must be made online through our website or
by calling our customer service team, available daily from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
How Close Are You to Sequoia National Park?
We’re located just 4 miles (approximately 10 minutes) from the entrance of Sequoia National Park, making us a
convenient home base for your adventures.
Are Pets Allowed?
Yes, pets are welcome! We charge a $100 non-refundable pet fee. To help us maintain a clean environment:
- Do not allow pets on beds or furniture
- Please clean up after your pet
Can I Smoke on the Property?
No smoking is allowed inside any of the rooms. If you smoke outside, please ensure your cigarette is completely extinguished and properly disposed of. This area is
at high risk for wildfires, and any indoor smoking will result in a $250 fee.
Is the Pool Available Year-Round?
The pool is open seasonally during the summer months and is not heated.
What Should I Know About Wildlife?
We are located right at the entrance of Sequoia National Park and are surrounded by nature. Guests may occasionally
see wildlife such as:

- Wild turkeys
- Squirrels
- Raccoons
- Birds
- Bobcats
- Bears (rarely)
These animals are typically harmless, but please do not leave food outside or in your vehicle to avoid attracting them.
